Send an e-Mail when UDF is set to certain value Answered
I am trying to achieve this with B1 validation:
On the business partner (OCRD / 134) we have a UDF Field "U_Gevalideerd" (English: "U_Validated") to validate customers and enable them to place orders with us.
Currently, we manually send them an e-Mail informing them that their account has been validated and welcoming them to the company.
We would like to automate this and send the customer a message once the value is set to "y(es)" and this is saved to the BP.
I watched the Youtube videos and read your Guide on B1 Validation. However, I can't seem to get it to work... :-/
I suspect that it has to do with the fact that it is regarding a UDF and that those might need to be addressed differently?

I can't see anything wrong with your settings. Please contact your SAP partner in order to solve to what could be wrong here.
