Content Creator with IPT

Hi , 

after a long due update to our SBO system we've also updated our B1UP addon from version 2015.0.8 to the latest version . 

In the previous version I used the content creator to add buttons / combo boxes to the lower part of an SQL report UF. I was utilizing the check boxes quite well this way. 

In the current version I'm facing an issue where IPT is called before the content creator finishes creating the content , even if I use the UF option in the content creator form. 

I've tried the following : 

1. Content creator (form load validation driven ) with IPT .

2. IPT with the UF option as Content creator . 

Both options rus the IPT before the Content creator, 

It's a shame since I used the IPT to also modify the text on the buttons according to the SQL report data 

and now I need to create several Content creators each with specific text to replicate the previous behavior.

 

also if you have any tips on how to manipulate the sql grid to take less space (height) on the SQL report form that would be great right now I'm setting the form height manually in the IPT to get the extra space I need .

  Hi,

  Content creator is only for legacy purposes, and you really shouldn't use it anymore. Instead, you should transfer everything to item placement tool and function buttons. You can change the placement of the function buttons with item placement tool.
