Open Items List Widget - Permissions Answered

Looking for direction on how to limit what users see within the Opens Items List Widget.

Ex:  I don't was certain users to see Open Invoices.

    The open item list is controlled by normal SAP Authorizations. So if you disallow people access to invoices in authorizations you should not see it in the Open items list widget.

    Thanks for the quick answer.   See below snapshots of how a user is currently configured and open items list.

    The user cannot access the invoices via Golden Arrow, however user can see each invoice and total amount of open invoices in the system.

    What version of B1UP are you running here? Version 2017.02 was the first release to support the permissions.

    Also please check that you have not given this permission 

    If Full access to this the entire Permission system is turned off in the DI-API (which we are using to get the permissions)

     

    Because as per your screenshots the user should not even see A/R Invoices in the Combobox

    That solved it.  The user had Full Authorization set for the DI API Permission Check. 

    Thanks for the help.

    We are running Version 2019.04.
