SMS in B1 Usability Package

Hi

Is it possible to send an SMS via B1 usability package?

I know that this feature exists in Print & Delivery but it needs to be connected to a document.

The ability, in our Company, to send  SMS alone regardless of any document, for example when a query is fired is important.

  We don't have any out of the box solution for something like this.

  If I would create this, it would be a function button on a document that launches a certain report action through a macro where there is no attachment selected.

  The "preview e-mail" is selected so I could add the text to the SMS after the function button is pressed.

  

  The e-mail address (phone number + service provider ending) would also be dynamically selected from the document I'm launching this email from (Maybe BP master data?).

  None of this is tested, but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
