B1 Budget reports dividing into quarters based on Start Month

Currently the B1 Budget reports divide the quarters in an exactly the same way, (Jan, Feb, March are always Q1) regardless of what the Start month is in the Budget Setup.

 

Could the Budget reports use the Start Month in Budget Setup as the start of Quarter 1.

E.g. Start month = October

Q1 - Oct, Nov, Dec

Q2 - Jan, Feb, Mar

Etc.
