MRP Order Recommendation will need to include Inventory Transfer or Inventory Transfer Request

Item A has On Hand (1 pc)  on Whse 2 and Forecast requirement of 1 pc on Whse 1.

When I generate the Order Recommendation from beas MRP for all warehouses, it doesn't show anything.

For the scenario that I've mentioned the system should show an Inventory Transfer or Inventory Transfer Request order recommendation depending on the configuration, to tell the user that a transfer or transfer request needs to be done.
