is there an access control for creating time receipt in context menu in routing?
Some users has that creating time receipt option and some users are not.
Tried below two accesses to full, but still not working.

we check only FAABG for closed routing position on this place. This must be "Full", if user can create time receipt on closed routing position or "No". "Read" have same functionality as "No"
for not closed Routing position the system don't check additional user rights
