Date entry is needed when closing a position at work order

The work order close date is by default as system date but this closing could be done by non operator users such as planning or financial personnel after a while. This may cause the record of closing on a wrong date.

Our customer wants to close work orders in monthly periods to follow them easily but they could not do this if they could not enter a closing date.
