Integration with CRM for Outlook - Show tracked e-mails.

It would be nice to see CRM for Outlook tracked e-mails linked to documents in SAP Business One.

It maybe could be triggered by a button or a tab located in the relevant objects.

But it's up to the product team to design the best solution.

This feature would enhance the integration within the solutions.

 

User Story

As an SAP Business One user, I want to have access to tracked e-mails from CRM for Outlook from within SAP Business, so that I can be up to date regarding all communication history related to a document or Business Partner.

  You can already do this in a basic form using a button on the BP window linked to an SQL query. Tracked emails are stored in  table - [@BOY_F3_TRACK]. If you want something a bit more advanced, create a dashboard with a grid showing the email summary data (date, user email address, contact email, subject) and a text box showing the email content based on a single master filter set on the grid.
