BEAS: Sales order to production Order

We have updated our B1 and BEAS Versions in our Company to beas 9.3 (1.18) PL:01.

Now we got some complaints from our user that the "Sales Order to production order" list doesnt work as before the update. 

In the past this list showed only the open Sales order Position for which we dont have created an work order (with the needed Quantity of the Sales order Position).

Are there any Settings in the configuration wizzard to Change this, unfortunately I couldnt find anything regarding this report/list.
