I would like the possibility to save a tab with multiple widget, so it is possible to remove the custom made tab from your dashboard, but have the possibility to retrieve it at a later date.

Unless I misunderstood, I would say that is already possible to do using the Dashboard Transfer system: https://youtu.be/pNGq0UAEfUk (transfer the tab to a file and import it later)
If not this then please explain a bit more what you mean
The development team have now added it to our internal planning-system for evaluation.
