Make Exchange Rates able to draw from multiple sources so it can get more rates

In today's Exchange rate setup you choose a provider (Example European Central Bank (ECB))
If you, however, have a currency that the ECB does not support, but one of the other providers does, you only have the option to either switch to that provider or not set that specific rate?
What if Boyum instead collected all the rates from all the providers and gave an option that if your selected provider did not have the currency that it was set via one of the providers that have it instead. Then you could get all the rates.
