Toolbox: Demo mode detector Completed

Many customers have both a production and a demo/sandbox database.

It would be nice if the Toolbox had a feature that based on the database name could detect if the user was in the Live or Sandbox (example if the name contained the word "demo" or "sandbox") and then in any sandbox database it detects would add visual cues to the user that they are currently in the Demo database (so they do not mistake it for the live database)

    This is indicated for each database in RSP.
