Idle time not direct after Planned time Completed

In production idle time should be right after the planned time.
But this is not with backwards planning.
I think this is not correct.

I don't want to modify anything.
This is planned with APS and I think it is incorrect that there are 3 weeks between processing time and idle time.
Where are my goods in the meantime?
I don't have storage at my processing.
