Internal Message UF - Use SQL to define reciepient Completed

Currently when you create an Internal Message UF you have to know who the recipient will be. So you can't use this in variable scenarios such as a worfkflow. It would be nice if we could use SQL to decide who the recipient is (e.g. when a user changes a Sales Quotation, his manager gets an internal message).
