Buttons configuration on Pick List do not stay on Right hand area

I'm using the Function Buttons - Configuration 2017.0.7.0 - 64 bit

 

I added 3 buttons which when you open the Pick List are as expected on the right hand side of the window

When you maximize the Pick List screen they move to the center.

(keep in mind that I'm not using the Item Placement)

Any ideas?
