FMS in B1UP SQL Report Answered

Im having trouble getting a FMS to work on a SQL report since an upgrade.

We upgraded from an old version of B1UP (2014.1.1.1) to the latest (2018.09.00.0). Prior to the upgrade, we had an editable field on the SQL report that was assigned a UDV. The formatted search worked fine. Since the upgrade the magnifying glass no longer appears when entering the field. 

When I'm in the field and I click on Alt+Shift+F2 to bring up the UDV details it appears nothing is set up. However if I re-enter the details how the field was set up prior to the upgrade and go to update, I get an error that the entry already exists in the table CSHS.

Can anyone help with this, as it could potentially stop us from upgrading our B1 version.
