Quality Order generated automatically depending of the Supplier

Dear Friends, we need to generate automatically one Quality Inspection Plan for one Item depending of the Supplier of the good Receipt Purchase Order.

As sample, we create 3 diferent Quality Inspection Plans and we assign those to one Item, but the question/requirement of the customer is that the system assign and generate automatically a plan depending of the supplier who generate the Good Receipt PO.

Is that possible, and how we can set of configure the system to support the requirment of own customer.
