    Hi Elis,

First of all, thanks for the product feedback. :)

Unfortunately, it's not possible to see your screenshot.

However, I guess what you're looking for can be handled with SQL Report Tab.

Have a look at this video and let us know:

    Hi Fernando,

Many thanks for the quick response.

The SQL Report Tab is a great feature but it relies on someone remembering to click on the tab to see the information rather than the information automatically being displayed as soon as a Business Partner is accessed. We could make the Tab automatically get focus as soon as the BP is loaded but we want to see the information in the SQL reports as well as see and enter information on the other tabs of the BP.

It sounds like a small difference but when you're on the phone with a customer / lead, having as much critical information visible as possible, as quickly as possible (and automatically) makes a big improvement.

Our suggestion would allow you to automatically see multiple SQL reports no matter which tab you were viewing as they would be docked to the side of the BP screen (like the UDF screen is) so you could simultaneously see and edit information on the other tabs.

If the UDF screen was visible (which always docks to the right of the window your viewing) and the user chose to dock to the right of the BP window, then the SQL Reports could dock to the right of that. Hopefully you'd be able to let them dock above, right, below and left of the main screen.

A very important usability feature would be to automatically close the SQL Reports that were opened when the corresponding parent screen was also closed (in our example it would be the "Related Campaigns" and "Related Quotations" reports from the business partner screen).

I've tried uploading the screenshot again and hopefully it now displays correctly:

I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

    Kind regards,

    Ellis
