IPT in BP contact address label

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we would like to rename the NAME label (or STREET label) in BP contacts (or addresses) to NAME-X (or STREET-X) by using IPT.
We won't like to do it with VALIDATION (because it is too complicated), IPT would be easier.
And we won't like to use SAP functionality by CTRL+ double click on the Label.
Background: We would like to copy these changes to another Network/Company/User.

An IPT would be very handy in Ship-To addresses as we often add UDF(s) to store address specific Phone 1/ Phone 2 for critical delivery information. The ability to re-position these fields would be a big plus also to eliminate scrolling to the bottom of the list all the time.

Adding UDFs and reposition them is out of the functionality from SAP so that is the reason it is not part of IPT
