Authentication for Web Dashboard Login

I've been trying to integrate Web Dashboards with our TV Signage display software to provide live data to our offices. One of the hurdles is how to login as these TVs don't have keyboards connected to them. For now I've I've got it set up to send keystrokes to fill in the login page after the page loads, but it would be great if in a future release there was a way that we could embed a token into the URL to authenticate as a user and bypass the login screen altogether.
