Highlight or Flag Inactive Items in Price Lists Answered

Hi,

When the SAP Price List opens, we have a requirement to 'show all items' (i.e. not to "hide Inactive Items"), but somehow have some different Background or Flag or Font color or some indication to show that the particular item is inactive, using B1Up. The indication could be either in the Item Code field, or on the entire row, different colored Golden Arrow, etc.

There is unfortunately no way to add a UDF to the Price List window.

Absolutely any creative idea to achieve this will be much appreciated!

    Hey Ajay,

    Unfortunately I can't figure out any way to highlight inactive products. This is a good development request for SAP. I will also leave this question unanswered in case anyone else knows a solution.

    Is there any plan on B1Up roadmap to put in "Condition" or conditional formatting for System fields section of IPT just like the UDF and Custom Item Lines section?

    Hello Ajay,

    You can see all the feature request in the community, but in this case this is an SAP limitation and you need to create the request with them.
