Beas - Improve change log QC Plan

Hi,

We use SAP / BEAS in a pharmaceutical industry producing IFA, we need all the history of changing data on a product or raw material.

The SAP change record is perfect, it records the entire old record for comparison by quality control.

The problem is in the “change log” of the QC Inspection Plan and other Beas’ logs, mainly the creation and deletion of data.

The problem is in the “change log” of the QC Inspection Plan and other Beas’ logs.

For example when we exclude the pos 10:

The Beas only registers the column “ID 2” value “10”, we need the data that was deleted on the line.

The same issue happens when a new position is inserted.

The Beas only registers the column “ID 2” value “0”, not showing that pos “68” was added.

 

The perfection would be to save the entire record as SAP does in another table, so we can have a position before and after editing, making it easier to consult the history just like SAP
