Provide ability to edit the view of multi decimal transactions in the Terminal WebApp

Scenario: 
A user has the requirement to issue 0.123 of a unit of measure to a picking slip using the Terminal WebApp on a portable device

Issue:
Entry of the picking slip and confirm 0.123 is OK and will issue 0.123, however any view of the picking information such as the delivery of the item will only show 0.12 in the sequential screens. This causes confusion with the use/picking of the item. 

Possible Solution:
Besides asking the users to just 'remember' it is like this, it would be useful to be able to use the config wizard to flag or indicate how many decimal places to be extended for view.
