Shift schedule for resources should be able END  next day .

Example:  Monday to Friday Shift start 05:00 PM - Shift End 02:00AM  ( Capacity 9 hrs).

Beas is not able to considers this, so,  the capacity is 0

The main problem in Dispatches APS
Start time and End time  are not correctly. 

Hope this can be considered in a close version.

    ademas no considera poder establecer los turnos por ejemplo que si un turno noche arrancan a las 22.00 del dia 01/04  y termina a las 06 AM 02/04  toda la produccion despues de las 24 deberia ser del 01/04
