B1UP option to add fields on OADM table
AnsweredNowadays we can´t add fields in the OADM without using SDK.
This obbey us to always create UDTs to create some kind of customized company parametrization for our specific developments.
Would be nice to have in B1UP a feature to help us (without knowledge/access in SDK) to do that.
I imagine something in the ToolBox, where we have a table to insert the fields that we want to create (very similar to SAP UDF management screen), and when we confirm, B1UP creates this field in the OADM.

Tacio Aurelio Alves Have you tried importing the UDF definition using DTW (table CUFD)?

Hi Dave,
thanks for the tip. I didn´t know about it.

Hi Tacio
There is also a workaround in which B1UP can do it using the Metadata Manager (https://help.boyum-it.com/B1UP/metadatamanager.html)
- Create the field you need but on one of the supported types by SAP (Example BP Master Data) as if it was the Users
- Export the field using your Metadata Manager
- In the XML output change the OCRD Table to the OUSR table
- Import the modified files and you get your field on the User
