Kanban Board: Add option to control the color of the Progress Bar

On Kanban boards, you can add progress bars, but you can't choose its color (It is always shown in green color). It would be nice if you could control the color

  A very important setting to quickly get an overview of whether the value is still within the tolerance range or whether action must be taken immediately.
