Why the terminal shortcut is German language on user station

Hi There,

I create a beas terminal shortcut on end user PC station, see Pic 1 & 2 & 3, refer to http://portal.beascloud.com/docs/help/online_eng/beas-aufrufparameter.htm?zoom_highlightsub=terminal 

When I open this icon, it show me German.

But it's English on SAP Business One Server.

  Terminal support multi language. It's employee based

  It's work, after setup the Region to English on that PC station.
