Enable to define the "send from address" in a Report Action when sending via Outlook

It would be handy if you could also specify the 'send from address' when you have a report action that is sent through Microsoft Outlook. So not only To, CC or BCC but also From.

  In Coresuite this is managed by the From Adress field.

  Hi Jos,

  I'm not really sure what you want to do with it, but that could cause more problems then solve.
  You need to have everybody authenticated if they are allowed to sent from this mail address.
  
  You could set it up as exchange and then tick the box 'use personal exchange'.
  This is user based per computer, so if a other user logs in on that computer, it has to enter its own credentials, and switches back if the other user logs in again.

   

  But it depends on your user scenario ofcourse :)

  I can see use of this for a team that uses a shared email box and want to use that as sender's email address
