Save button in Organizational Structure

When you modify something in the Organizational Structure, the "Ok" button changes to "Save" and if you try to close without saving to get a warning message saying that the changes will be lost.

    the Ok button should be similar to the normal SAP forms, if you change something it should change to Update instead of staying "OK".
