Beas Production Collective Receipt locks the database and SAP B1 and Beas system hangs

One of our client is experiencing an issue where when they do Beas Production Collective Receipt on a serialized finished good and start scanning the serial numbers to complete the Work Order will result in database lock and then the whole SAP B1 and Beas hangs for the whole company. 

By any chance that anyone have experienced the same issue in Beas and any resolution.
