Create a B1UP Stats and Performance Metric System

In B1UP you can do a bunch of different things and sometimes some people say that something is slow but as an implementer of the feature (For example a macro), you can't recreate it. It would be cool if B1UP kept track of how long time each Macro or Validation took + kept the average time so you could go in and check the performance stats and at what time it was slow
