Add service call created to maintenance order

Hi

In the maintenance plan for external service it is possible to have the system create an automatic service call service call. 

While the system does create the required service calls at the maintenance level

it does not include such service calls within the maintenance order.

Moreover, it is not possible to create a service call from here.
