Can you elaborate on what you mean by this? (Are you asking that we make our own version of Crystal Reports???)
Just link a Crystal layout to a dashboard and call it through the dashboard.
Still not 100% sure what you mean... Is it that you want to be able to double-click in a dashboard and have a Crystal Report Launch... If so that is already possible with UF Navigation: https://help.boyum-it.com/B1UP/defining-dashboard-navigation.html
