Duplicate Login in Time Receipt

Hi Experts,

Please help me on my problem, elaborate/explain what is the main cause of this issue.

Problem is the duplicate time receipt something weird.

  I have a lot of samples with the same issue, that why I need to be fix.

  Is there way to block this?.
