Adding External Code to B1 P&D Report Configurations to prevent code changing during import/export process Answered

When transferring B1P&D Report configurations between databases, the ID number of each configuration is not guaranteed to stay the same. 

 

By having a separate field for the B1P&D() Macro to reference, you ensure this link does not got severed when the B1P&D configuration is imported and it's ID changes. 

 

The feature could try and match "External Code" before trying to match ID.

    Suggest that an External Code field is added with user control that will not change during import/export.
