Create packing not connected to picking or customer

HI.

Lately I have been having demos with companies that create kits, like Ikea, mainly engineering companies and kitchen manufacturers. They have packed kits sitting in inventory way before the the picking list is created, and they would like to have the ability to pack to stock and create an SSCC. 

I understand this can be complicated as when the pick list is released, the system would have to check which items are included in the SSCC and how it satisfies the sales order's requirements, but we could pack against sales orders and allocate this stock. In the end, full SSCC's are to be shipped.

  Hello everyone,
  This is a great idea and something necessary in some sectors,
  As Sami says, we find companies do the packaging of items without being associated with sales orders.

  For example:
  Like IKEA, they make-to-stock or make-to-sell-to-order Product A and Product B. These products are usually sold together in a kit. So when they finish production, they pack them together (One SSCC) and keep them in the warehouse until they are used in a sales order.

  At the time of picking, reading the SSCC, the system could check the items that are inside and modify their status to picked.

  Would be nice to separete Beas Wharehouse (production) to Logistic Warehouse. Could be able to determinate the SSCC in production area to allocate later in bin location.
