How to stop the web1.0 service

I've already used the web 2.1, and now I want to know how to stop the web 1.0 service.
I have a problem now.

When I store web2.1 on my mobile phone's Google browser on my desktop, the website address is: http://192.168.8.37:8088/beasweb/terminal20
when I restart my mobile phone, I open the web2.1 URL connection on the desktop.

This interface becomes Web1.0, and the URL becomes:http://192.168.8.37:8088/beasweb/index.php

What can I do to solve the problem?
