Link Production Line to user

In case customer wants that user should be assigned to production line and he should not be view or select other production line so that he cannot execute orders of other Production line.

  We think this is a good idea, and have plans to implement it in the future. If our partners agree and up-vote this idea we will see it in a future Quality of Life release.
