when I run Manager User on SAP B1 Dashboard Work But when I run any another user on the same device the same requirement not working please who can help me to solve this issue.

My best guess here is that you have either not set B1UP to run for other users than the manager or you have not defined the other user to have the dashboard active (the ... button next to the activation checkbox): https://help.boyum-it.com/B1UP/index.html?configuration.html
