Deattach APS license from beas basic

I would be nice to be able to deattach the APS licenses from Beas basic license.

Right now, we need to acquire as much APS licenses as Beas basic licenses because the APS license is automatically assigned to users.

The idea is to have the option of assigning the APS licenses to users, so the clients would not need to buy APS licenses for all users and only for the users who are effectively using APS.

Ahora mismo es necesario comprar una licencia de APS por cada licencia de Beas basic porque las asignación es automática.

La idea es poder asignar las licencias de APS a los usuarios para que el cliente solo necesite comprar licencias de APS que vayan a ser efectivamente usadas.

  I join the request from Luis to make it extensible for all add-on additional modules:

  - Product Configurator

  - Maintenance of Resources

  Agreed. We have over 20 Be.AS Basic users and only 2 need APS. APS is a niche function, that most users won't need and should never touch, so requiring it feels like a dishonest way to generate additional license revenue.
