SQL Report - Formatting Wizard screen - remember window size after resizing

Each time the the SQL Report's Formatting Wizard screen loads it sizes to its default dimensions.  It would save time / improve efficiency if it remembers and used the last screen size dimensions each time the wizard is screen opened.
