Macro Variable screens need unique Item Placement configurations
Not plannedAs you can with the SQL Report, it would be nice to be able to define a suffix to each macro UF that has variables so that you can use unique item placement configurations for each macro variable. We have many macros with variables that we like to autofill with values and this is done through a header UF on the Item Placement tool. The problem is that all macro variables are the same form, therefore all the auto-fills are trying to trigger on each and every macro variable. We've found a workaround by making a UF that looks at the first label and doesn't launch unless the wording is correct, but this is cumbersome to say the least.
Can we please have the same functionality that exists on SQL report for these screens as well? Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth
For technical reasons, this specific screen can't have prefixes like SQL Report. For that reason, a special keyword exists for the screen so you can identify it via a B1 Validation config
You can read more about it here (bottom of page): https://help.boyum-it.com/B1UP/macro-variables.html
Please have a look if you can use this $[$UFCODE.0.0] instead from a Validation
