Enhancement standard Crystal report P&D

Many functions are missing in the standard Crystal report for marketing document (.documents.rpt).
- Wrong translations
- Serial nr. handling
- Batch nr. handling
- Fulfillment of ISO 20022 requirements (QR-Code)
- Alternativ items
- general design
- ...etc.
Would be very helpfull for partner during implementation and sales process.

Regarding Translations

We do have variants of the Document layout that support batch and serial numbers (they are just not the out of the box layouts since not everybody needs them): https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004532418--Crystal-Reports-Template-files
Regarding ISO
The out of the box layouts are used in 102 different countries and since not all use the ISO we can't have it in as default (normally partner take our layout and make they own master that fit their country)
Regarding Alternative Items
You are the first to ask for this in the 10 years so that is the main reason it is not in the layout. But if others respond here that they also need it we will consider itGeneral Design
Could you give some suggestions on how you want the design to look like? We have taken the approach of a minimalistic as we see the part do modification anyway and keeping in minimal makes it easier to get an overview on
