b1up print and delivery display business partners with zero balance
Not planned
Our customer whants to send an account balance report to all their customers, even if they have no transactios or their balance is zero. When I check the Display Business Partners with Zero Balance there is no change in the information and no email or print is delivered for zero balance business partners.
Is this requirement posible?

Hi,
what you are asking for should already be possible, but unfortunately, there is a bug in version 2020.08 of B1UP, there result in this feature not working as intended.
We will try to fix this for B1UP 2020.09 planned for release on the 8. of September, else it will be part of B1UP 2020.10
I have set the status of this feature request as not planned as it is more of a bug than a request, but it will still be at the very top of our backlog
