UF - Internal Message - Can not find UDO on internal link type Answered

I am not able to link UDO on internal message type UF. Normally, by using alert management I am able to write query based on my UDO and system brings yellow arrow via DocEntry.

How can I do the same scenario on internal message type UF. I need to use this instead of alert management.
