B1P&D: Add Support for email groups

In B1P&D you have your 5 E-Mail categories that can be used to send.
SAP However however also an E-Mail-group (added after B1P&D was created).
It would be nice if you supported the SAP Email Group and let your own Email Categories become secondary as it is easier for a customer to migrate from non B1P&D to B1P&D without needing to migrate the email groups to Email categories.
