Multiple Button On message Box

Hello Experts:

I am using a message Box function (question) at end of line loop when it identifies certain line-level fields are not set as "Y"

I am hoping to be able to add a button on that message box that run another line loop to update all fields that have not to be set "Y' 

Or use a macro UF to pop up message if that allow multiple button choice, so far I don't think it is possible. 

Has anyone done something like this, where validation identifies line-level value incomplete, but also have a function to automatically set if user click "select all" instead of user go back in form to select manually?
