How to automatically close work order with subassemblies

HI,

 

Our Customer has very large structure of BOM with many subassemblies. When I am trying to manually close work order (right click on Work order and then the option "selected positions:Close), Beas is showing error message "The subassemblies [...] are not closed. First close the subassemblies". For this reason, manually closing every subassembly is very time-consuming. How to speed up this process?

  Martin, maybe could you share tutorial or small example how to make and where inform a query in this case?

  Hi Alvaro,

  set "Close assembly automatically" to "Yes" then the system don't ask and close the complete structure automatically...
