Many requests to have a method of capturing approvals and/or digital signatures from non-B1 users.  Example -- email purchase request to non-B1 user, have b1 user press button to initiate approval procedure or capture digital signature for approval.  Digital signature saved as attachment on the document.  Approval saved as activity.  Could also be something on CRM for Outlook app (signatures on quotes, proposal) as well as Boyum P&D (approvals on budget, signature on delivery ticket, AP Invoice approval).

  So just to be sure we are talking about integration document signing firm similar to DocuSign and other right? (https://www.docusign.co.uk/)

  Not so much Docusign as signature capture for a receipt of delivery (on a handheld device), stored possibly as an attachment in B1 to the document.  (Ex -- delivery to dock, stylus signature by receiving personnel of changes or acceptance)
